Here’s how to make the best of your midlife malaise, no bright-red sports car required. To complete this How-To you will need: Perspective A good diet and exercise A willingness to try new things A positive attitude Warning: Seek help from a counselor or therapist if you are exhibiting signs of serious depression. Step 1: Acknowledge your issues If you’re having problems with your career or relationships, don’t sweep them under the rug. Acknowledge what’s bothering you so you can deal with a crisis before it becomes a catastrophe. Step 2: Reinvigorate your relationships Reinvigorate your relationships by spending more time with your significant other, children, and friends, and less time at work. The transition into midlife can provide a great opportunity to reflect on what’s really important. Tip: Don’t do anything rash, like leaping into an extramarital affair or buying an expensive new car. Impulsive actions may make you feel better in the short term, but they won’t address any of the causes of your crisis. Step 3: Exercise Eat well and exercise to combat the health

According to a friend’s psychthpst., today’s common midlife crisis/suicidal thoughts hit the usual stale, burned-out working slave at the age of 30, due to the quadrupled rate of work, everyone has to cope with (compared to 1950’s levels).

Wanna know the cause of it all?
    U don’t wanna know!
Just go get some booze, have sex and watch American Gladiators/Idol/Dad to flee from reality until government knocks on your door to resettle you to the next FEMA-Camp for Agenda-21-Sonderbehandlung…

Youtube only loses Google ~100m every year if not more….video ads aren’t that bad and are needed unless you want Youtube to shut down or require a payment in the future ($5 membership/year, etc).

Plus video ads generate a lot more money than still ads.
